With its vast network of cycling routes and trails, Houffalize – La Roche-en-Ardenne is the ideal destination for cyclists and mountain bikers.

The town of La-Roche-en-Ardenne, on the other hand, is famous for its great cycling races.  In 1989, Hubert Goffinet launched the Vélomédiane Claudy Criquélion (www.velomediane.be), a challenging cycling tour over a distance of 170 km, with more than 20 climbs and a total elevation difference of 3300 m.  In August 2015 one of the stages of the Eneco Tour had its finish line in Houffalize.
