    1. What is the Cœur de l’Ardenne Tourist Office?
      The Cœur de l’Ardenne Tourist Office is a visitor centre and information point for those wishing to explore our beautiful region, which comprises the municipalities of Erezée, Houffalize, La Roche-en-Ardenne, Manhay and Rendeux, located in the north of the Province of Luxembourg.

    We are here to help you plan your stay: accommodation, activities, walks, events, heritage, gastronomy…

    1. What are your opening hours?

    Our reception desk is open every day from 9.30 am to 5 pm

    Except on 25 December, 1 January and the Sunday of the La Roche-en-Ardenne Carnival.

      Yes! We offer a range of maps for walking, cycling, mountain biking, gravel biking, trail running, motorcycling and driving, as well as personalised advice to help you choose the route that suits you best.

    2. Do you offer guided tours?

    Some guided tours or activities are organised depending on the season or on request.

    Please contact us to check availability.

    However, you can explore the town of La Roche-en-Ardenne on a short 2km walk (a guide is available free of charge from our office).

    1. Can I book accommodation with you?

    We do not take bookings directly, but we can recommend suitable accommodation: holiday cottages, hotels, guesthouses, campsites, unique accommodation, and more…

    1. Are pets allowed?

    Pets are welcome on our premises provided they are kept on a lead.

    1. Do you have a car park or disabled access?

    Yes, disabled access and parking facilities (15 minutes) are provided.

    1. Do you organise events or activities?

    The Tourist Information Centre organises activities, workshops, themed tours and regional events.

    1. Do you sell local produce?

    No, we leave that to the local shops, which sell local produce, guidebooks, souvenirs and other items.

    One of our specialities that’s not to be missed: Ardennes ham!
