The village of Mont

In the Middle Ages, Mont was a nice village with houses made of shale rubble stones, in the Martin Moulin valley. It had its castle that was a dependency of the Montaigue's one. In 1105, it got given to the abbey of Saint-Hubert. The werll of Wilogne is a beautiful whole made of two drinking troughs made of shale. The Saint Pierre church has been rebuilt in 1850. The estate of Cheras was built in 1887 by a rich woman from Liège and it used to be used as a countryside residence.
